I remember thinking: I wish I had all this when I started my business.
I had been blessed to have had mentors guide me through my 12 years of running my business but I’ve always wished I had a formula that I can follow to move further or grow faster. I couldn’t find a place that would give me the answers I needed at the exact time I needed it.
If you ask me, I wouldn’t change anything in my business journey because I believe that going through that journey is what brought me here. This is what THRIVE is about.

I decided very early on in my business that I would be purpose-driven leader, as opposed to profit-driven. The past year and a half of operating Blanc Studio full-time, I’ve learnt nuggets of gold that I wish I could share with other aspiring entrepreneurs who are currently lacing direction or facing fear of taking the leap. Upon countless DNMs with Eliska about this topic, we soon realised that our message was highly aligned, birthing the concept of Thrive.
Throughout the challenges faced and lessons learnt in my first year in business, I always thought - Why does no one talk about the reality? I hope that in sharing my journey, it will make you feel less alone and validate your feelings of uncertainty, imposter syndrome and loneliness.

After quitting her full time corporate job and moving to Australia, she has grown her business for over 14 years and have since styled countless weddings and luxury events across the globe.
Today, Eliska uses her passion to continually grow two scalable 6 figure business whilst also mentoring other creative entrepreneurs to find their voice and build the business and life they’ve always dreamed of.

Is this open to everyone?
This event is open to all creatives and entrepreneurs who are looking to connect and learn from like minded individuals.
Is food and drinks provided?
Yes! Your ticket includes a three course tasting menu at Aru Melbourne, one welcome drink and a complimentary second drink during the event. Any additional drinks or food would be available for you to purchase on site.
Please inform us of any dietary requirements before the event.
Is this tax deductible?
Happy days - This business dinner is most definitely tax deductible! Make sure you purchase your ticket with your business bank account. This is a networking event and can be classified under “marketing” or even “general business expense”.
What do I need to bring?
Your fabulous self. Notebook and pens will be provided at the event for note taking and inspiration pinning.
How do I get to the venue?
Aru is located on Little Collins St and is 6 minutes walk down from Flinders Station. Alternatively, there are plenty of parking around including Greenco Parking, 200 Little Collins St Car Park and Royal Lane Carpark.
Can I bring my biz partner?
Absolutely!
However, they'll have to purchase their own ticket as each ticket only admits one person.
Refund policy?
No refunds will be offered for change of mind or cancellation reasons.
If you would like to transfer your ticket to another person, it will be your full responsibility to handle all financial transactions.
