ON THE DAY STYLING

 

We believe in the magic that goes into creating something special.

You’ve got everything organised but you’ve just realised you can’t be running around and setting up on the day cause…you are getting married. Or you’ve got pieces here and there but you just want a professional opinion to make sure that it all comes together nicely. After all that hard work, you deserve to enjoy your dream day.

 
    1. Two (2) styling consultations prior to your big day including one (1) venue visit if applicable.

    2. Access to Ruffles & Bells list of preferred vendors.

    3. A styling lookbook designed for you detailing all elements involved to execute the concept including list of vendors for easy booking.

    4. Assistance with venue layout and decor placement decisions.

    5. Being main contact for styling vendors during the month prior to your wedding.

    6. Coordination with your florist including finalising quotes.

    7. Coordination with the venue and all styling vendors on-the-day for a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan.

    8. Coordination and overseeing setup and pack up of the ceremony and reception areas.

    9. Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.

    10. Styling services on the day; including but not limited to placement of decor such as place cards, centerpieces, guest book, etc., setting up dessert table, assisting with ceremony backdrop, styling tables before ceremony or lounge areas.

    This package does not include booking of vendors however this can be arranged upon request.

    Only applicable for weddings no later than 4 months from booking.

 

An additional styling budget aside from our styling service fee would be allotted for costing of elements including and not limited to flowers, signages, decor hire, furniture hire and custom items. Please note that public holidays attract an additional surcharge. Travel charges may incur for interstate events.

This package starts from $5200 (excl. of GST).

Price above only applies for weddings between July 2024 to June 2025.

 

The Process

 
  • Schedule a 30-minute complimentary Discovery Call via the email link we’ve sent through so we can get to know more about what you have planned so far for your wedding. We understand wedding planning can be overwhelming so we want to know all about the hard work you’ve done.

  • You will receive a quote from the Ruffles and Bells team and confirm the booking. Please follow the prompts to the contract and invoice to complete your booking.

    A 50% deposit is required to lock in the date.

  • Complete and submit your questionnaire we send to your email, so that we have the necessary details to create your custom lookbook.

  • Within 30 days of booking, you will receive your personal wedding lookbook that will outline each design element throughout your day. This includes quantity and our recommended vendors for each element.

    This will be your guide to book all vendors necessary to bring your styling to life.

    You will also receive a link to schedule your complimentary 30-minute review call.

  • Enjoy your complimentary 30-minute Review Call with one of our stylists to go over the details of your lookbook. This is the perfect time to provide feedback, ask questions, and make adjustments if needed.

  • Schedule your 30-minute Finishing Touches call 2 months prior to your event date to finalise all details, confirm wedding day timeline, and make sure you have everything you need.

    We will be taking over from you after this call and will coordinate with all styling vendors including the venue.

  • It’s finally here! Based on the plans for your wedding day, we will deliver your order at the requested time, set up, and clean up if applicable.
