INTIMATE EVENT DESIGN and STYLING

 

We believe in the magic that goes into creating something special.

We will create a concept especially for you in the form a customised look book, source all products and decor for you, reach out to vendors and put a timeline together for you. Your personal R&B team who will help you throughout the whole styling process to create something uniquely you.

 
    1. Three (3) styling consultations prior to your big day.

    2. One (1) venue visit to your event site.

    3. Access to Ruffles & Bells list of preferred vendors.

    4. A styling lookbook designed for you detailing all elements involved to execute the concept.

    5. Establishing priorities, developing and tracking the wedding styling budget.

    6. A styling runsheet on-the-day including set up and pack up which will be passed on to all vendors involved.

    7. Assistance with venue layout and decor placement decisions

    8. Booking of all styling vendors to ensure styling concept comes to life.

    9. Being main contact for styling vendors during the month prior to your wedding.

    10. Coordination and overseeing setup and pack up of the ceremony and reception areas.

    11. Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.

    12. Coordination with the venue and all styling vendors on-the-day a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan.

 

An additional styling budget aside from our styling service fee would be allotted for costing of elements including and not limited to flowers, signages, decor hire, furniture hire and custom items. Please note that public holidays attract an additional surcharge. Travel charges may incur for interstate events.

Our Event Design & Styling packages are especially curated for each client and project given the many variables that are taken into account.

This package starts from $6500 (excl. of GST)

Price above only applies for weddings between February 2025 to January 2026.

 

The Process

 
  • Schedule your 30 minute complimentary Discovery Call link sent via email so we can get to know more how we can best assist you on your big day. We know planning a wedding can feel overwhelming. Our goal is to make it as stress free for you as possible. A quote will be sent to you after the call based on what has been discussed.

  • Within 30 days of booking, you will receive your preliminary Wedding Lookbook that will outline all design elements throughout your day, including and not limited to floral palette, stationery inspiration, furniture/decor hire pieces. This will come together with a Styling Budget sheet outlining costs for each element involved. Both your Wedding Lookbook and Styling Budget Sheet will help you and your partner make an informed decision on all your styling elements.

  • Wedding Lookbook and budget review meeting (2 hours) via Google Meet to review your selection and make any adjustments as required.

    Our team will be booking and coordinating with vendors after this review meeting which means you can relax and let us do all the hard work.

  • Schedule your final styling consultation (1 hour) to review the final event details and confirm any changes needed.

  • The final payment is due for both our service package and all styling elements. Ruffles and Bells will send the final Wedding Lookbook with all updates to you, your venue and all styling vendors involved.

  • It’s finally the big day! Our team will be there to set up and pack down for you so you can enjoy your day with your family and friends.
