Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed materials.

Coordinating accommodations and transportation.
General advice and consultation.
Attendance at vendor meetings.
Confirming all details with the appropriate vendors prior to the wedding.
Facilitating the ceremony rehearsal.
A styling runsheet on-the-day including set up and pack up which will be passed on to all vendors involved.
Coordination and overseeing setup and pack up of the ceremony and reception areas.
Inspection and confirmation of venue layout and set-up.
Coordination with the venue and all styling vendors on-the-day a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan.
Assistance with venue layout and decor placement decisions.
Assisting the family, wedding party and guests as needed.
Distributing final payment and gratuity to vendors.

Coordination and overseeing setup and pack up of the ceremony and reception areas.
An additional styling budget aside from our styling service fee would be allotted for costing of elements including and not limited to flowers, signages, decor hire, furniture hire and custom items. Please note that public holidays attract an additional surcharge. Travel charges may incur for interstate events.
Our Event Design & Styling packages are especially curated for each client and project given the many variables that are taken into account.
This package starts from $19,000 (excl. of GST).
Price above only applies for weddings between February 2025 to January 2026.
The Process

Schedule your 15 minute complimentary Discovery Call here so we can get to know more about you and your partner. A quote will be sent to you after the call.

Within 30 days of booking, you will receive your preliminary Wedding Lookbook with each styling element outlined, including and not limited to floral palette, stationery inspiration, furniture/decor hire pieces.

Wedding Lookbook and budget review meeting (2 hours) via Zoom to review your selection and make any adjustments as required.
Our team will be booking and coordinating with vendors after this review meeting which means you can relax and let us do all the hard work.

Final styling consultation (1 hour) to review the final event details and confirm any changes needed.

The final payment is due for both our service package and all styling elements. Ruffles and Bells will send the final Wedding Lookbook with all updates.

Ruffles and Bells team will be there to set up and pack down for you so you can enjoy your day with your family and friends.
