Lookbook Inspiration

 

More than your regular moodboard.

You will receive a a comprehensive personalised Wedding Lookbook to show details of ceremony and reception elements (including welcome sign, seating chart, menus, place cards, table arrangements, centerpieces, linen options, hire pieces and other props)

- one 30-minute Review Call to go over the details of your Lookbook

- two revisions

This package starts from $800 (excl. of GST).

Set up And Pack Down

 

As simple as it sounds. You’ve got everything sorted but you’ve just realised you can’t be running around and setting up on the day cause…you are getting married. Our team will be setting up and packing down on the day so you won’t need to lift a finger.

    • One (1) consultation prior to your big day.

    • Access to Ruffles & Bells list of preferred vendors.

    • Being main contact for styling vendors two weeks prior to your wedding.

    • Coordination with the venue and all styling vendors on-the-day for a seamless and successful execution of your styling plan.

    • Coordination and overseeing setup and pack up of the ceremony and reception areas.

    • Styling services on the day for 8 hour duration; including but not limited to placement of decor such as place cards, centerpieces, guest book, etc., setting up dessert table, assisting with ceremony backdrop, styling tables before ceremony or lounge areas.

    • Team of 2-3 stylists.
